Ooptix Terms and Conditions Policy

Thanks for shopping at OOPTIX.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 10 business days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

The refund will be either in the form of store credit (gift card) or credit refund, it will depend upon the condition and the reason for the return. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Then, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or store credit. 

*You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Steps to Return

  1. Please send us an email to support@ooptix.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  3. Ship the item(s) using a reputable shipping company.
  4. You will be contacted upon the confirmation of the return & inspection.

 

**Returned payment may take up to 10 business days to show on your account, depending on the payment providers.

**Please be advised that all sales items are not refundable.
