Here are some frequently asked questions that you might have for us.

How do I know if you have received my order?

We keep in touch with you every step of the way. Once you place and confirm your order, we send you a confirmation of your order via email within 30 minutes. When you receive the order confirmation message, you can be sure that we have received your order. Our warehouse team will process your order and send you a second email to let you know when we dispatch your order to you.

Can I change the address of my order once I have confirmed my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot change the address once you have confirmed your order, as our warehouse team would have already started processing it.

Can I cancel my order?

We aim to work speedily on every order that comes our way. Our warehouse team begins processing your order as soon as they receive it. So, you cannot cancel your order once you have placed it.

How long before I receive my order?

We offer Standard and Express services. If you choose standard delivery, then you will receive your order anywhere between four and six business days after dispatch. If you select the Express delivery, then you should receive your order anywhere between two and three business days after shipment.

What happens if I receive only part of my order?

If you do not receive your complete order, please get in touch with our customer care service immediately at support@ooptix.com

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our guarantee.

If you are dissatisfied with our product, you can return the product to us, and we will refund the full amount.

However, sunglasses should not have been used or damaged.

The packaging and tags must be intact, and the sunglasses must be in the original condition you received them. Returns will be made at your expense.


Please allow us two to three weeks to process your exchange/return. We will refund the full amount to the original form of payment. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your return has been processed.


Ooptix is not liable for goods that have been lost or damaged during transit. We urge you to retain the proof of return postage until we finish processing your refund. That will help you to lodge your claim with the delivery company you use.


Products with manufacturing defects can be exchanged within 10 days of receival.

How fast do I need to return an item?

Returns can be made within 10 days from the date of delivery.

I have returned my order. How long before I receive my refund?

All returns are processed within seven business days after receiving the returned item(s). Depending on your card issuer’s policies, funds might take a few extra days to be available in your account.

What happens if I return a faulty product?

Please email us at support@ooptix.com within 48 hours of receiving faulty goods. Please provide your full name, address, and order number.

How can I use a promotional code?

You can use only one promotional code for each order. Promotional codes cannot be availed on purchases of products that are already on sale and premium products unless specified.
