If you are dissatisfied with our product, you can return the product to us, and we will refund the full amount.
However, sunglasses should not have been used or damaged.
The packaging and tags must be intact, and the sunglasses must be in the original condition you received them. Returns will be made at your expense.
Please allow us two to three weeks to process your exchange/return. We will refund the full amount to the original form of payment. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your return has been processed.
Ooptix is not liable for goods that have been lost or damaged during transit. We urge you to retain the proof of return postage until we finish processing your refund. That will help you to lodge your claim with the delivery company you use.
Products with manufacturing defects can be exchanged within 10 days of receival.
